Vorsteveld was walking on a private road when he was approached by a Westerly police officer at about 2:15 a.m. ET.  Vorsteveld, 22, told the officer he was just out for a walk and admitted he did not have a residence in Westerly, according to the Westerly Police Department.

Vorsteveld was taken into custody and charged with trespassing.  He was released from jail with a summons to face the charge in court on May 24.
