Poll: Michael Jackson Should Be Next Artist to Get Glee Tribute Episode
Glee has already paid tribute to Lady Gaga, and Tuesday night's episode was inspired by the music of Britney Spears. Which artist's music should Glee highlight next? According to a survey conducted by Metrolyrics.com, it's the King of Pop.
Out of over 20 thousand responses to the Metrolyrics poll, 43% said that Michael Jackson should be next to get the Glee treatment, which would make him the first male star to have that honor. Coming in second on the poll was, believe it or not, Guns 'N Roses, with 17% of the vote, followed by ABBA with 16%. Frank Sinatra was next, with 12%, and Elton John trailed with 7%.
Meanwhile, the Glee cast's versions of all the Britney Spears songs from Tuesday night's episode -- "I'm A Slave 4 U," "Me Against the Music," "Toxic," "Baby One More Time" and "Stronger" -- are now available on iTunes.
