Boyz II Men, Barry White, Heart, JLo & America to Receive Stars on Hollywood Walk of Fame

A new crop of stars will be receiving stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2012.  The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce just announced that next year, Boyz II Men, the group America, Jennifer Lopez, and Ann & Nancy Wilson of Heart will all receive stars on the famed walkway.  In addition, super-producer David Foster, the late Barry White, and legendary songwriter Hal David will also be honored.  So far, the star ceremonies haven't been scheduled.

Each star on the Walk of Fame requires a fee of about 30 thousand dollars to pay for its creation and installation.  The feel is sometimes paid by the honoree's fan club, but it could also be paid for by, for example, the honoree's film studio or record company.
