Warblers Album In at #2, Adele Returns to #1
The Glee soundtrack express shows no signs of slowing down. Glee: The Music Presents The Warblers, the latest release from the hit Fox series, enters the Billboard chart at #2 with first-week sales of 86,000 copies according to Nielsen Soundscan. This is the tenth Glee soundtrack album to chart, and amazingly, all ten of those albums have debuted inside of the top 10.
Meanwhile, Adele's album 21 returns to the #1 spot for a fifth non-consecutive week. Her single "Rolling in the Deep" posts a 99% sales increase, probably due to the fact that it was performed on American Idol last week. So far, the track has sold 1.72 million copies.
