Justin Bieber Records "It Gets Better" Video

Justin Bieber is the latest star to lend a voice to the "It Gets Better" campaign, which aims to reduce suicide among teenagers who are being harassed.  Justin's video runs just 20 seconds, and he seems to have recorded it soon after he appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.  During that appearance, he told Ellen that he gets hated on plenty, even though he's a worldwide superstar.

In his video, Justin says, "I just wanted to say that there's nothing cool about being a bully.  And if you're getting bullied, make sure to tell someone...and if you're a bystander, make sure to step in and help out."
